Getting help

Email support@moltion.xyz. It is the only address we monitor, so send everything there, whatever it is about.

Include your wallet address and, if it is about a specific token or trade, the contract address and the transaction hash. That is usually enough to answer straight away.

Never send your seed phrase or private key. Nobody at Moltion will ever ask for them, and anyone who does is trying to steal from you.

Official channels

These are the only official Moltion accounts:

ChannelWhere
X / Twitterhttps://x.com/moltionx
Supportsupport@moltion.xyz

There is no official Moltion Discord or Telegram. Any server, group or channel claiming to be one is not us.

The same links are in the app's footer. If you are ever unsure whether an account is real, check it against the footer of the site rather than a link someone sent you.

Nobody from Moltion will DM you first offering support, a refund, an airdrop, or a chance to "verify" your wallet. Support happens by email.

Learning the basics

The app's Learn section has full articles covering what a fun token is, setting up a wallet, reading a price chart, launching your first token, market cap and supply, a buying and selling walkthrough, how liquidity pools work, spotting risky tokens, and fees and gas. They are written for people new to this and are a better starting point than these docs.

Terms, privacy policy, risk disclosure and cookie policy are in the app's Legal section. The Risk disclosures page here summarises the practical risks; the legal pages are the governing documents.
