Getting started
You need three things: a wallet, the Robinhood Chain network added to it, and some ETH for gas.
Moltion lives at https://moltion.xyz, running on Robinhood Chain mainnet. There is also a test version at https://testnet.moltion.xyz where nothing costs real money, covered on Getting ETH onto Robinhood Chain.
1. Connect a wallet
Use the Connect Wallet button in the top bar. Moltion works with the usual browser and mobile wallets through WalletConnect.
Once connected, the button becomes your account pill, showing your username or shortened address, with a dropdown for View profile, Account settings and Disconnect.
2. Add Robinhood Chain
Moltion runs on Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663. If your wallet is on a different network, an Add network button appears in the top bar. Tapping it asks your wallet to add and switch to the right chain, pre-filled with the RPC and explorer.
There is also a network picker in the top bar. Robinhood Chain is the only network Moltion runs on; the others listed there are not active.
If you try to trade while on the wrong network, the app will prompt you to switch first. If the automatic switch fails, switch manually. The exact details are on Network and addresses.
3. Get some ETH
Everything on Moltion, trades and gas alike, is paid in ETH held on Robinhood Chain. ETH on Ethereum, on another L2, or on an exchange does not count until you move it across.
You get it by bridging ETH you already hold onto the chain. That is covered on Getting ETH onto Robinhood Chain.
Signing in
Connecting your wallet is enough to browse and to trade. Some features additionally need a sign-in: your wallet signs a short one-time message so the app knows the address is really yours. It costs no gas and moves no funds.
Sessions expire after a while. If the app asks you to sign in again, that is all that has happened, and disconnecting your wallet ends the session immediately.

Posting a comment needs sign-in and holding the token you are commenting on.
If something looks stuck
A freshly launched token takes a few seconds to be indexed before it appears on its page. The app retries automatically for about a minute. If you are asked to reconnect your wallet, your session simply expired; sign in again.
Before your first buy
Two things are worth reading first, because they cost people money:
- Trading and pricing, especially the opening window after a launch, where buys from anyone but the creator are capped or blocked outright.
- Risk disclosures, which covers what can go wrong and what to check on a token before you buy it.
